    ManageMyHealth™ is available at some EBPHA doctor’s, ask at your doctor’s reception or see the Doctor Directory to see if they have a patient portal service.

    The ManageMyHealth™ registration process is quick and easy, and you’ll be up and running in a few minutes.

    How to register

    Ask the receptionist at your doctor’s to register for the Patient Portal Service or ManageMyHealth™. You will need to provide an email and proof of identity. You’ll then be provided with an activation code and instructions on how to complete your registration online. It's that simple.
