Regional Childhood Immunisation Services
General Practice is the first port of call for childhood immunisations. EBPHA is part of a regional approach to improve immunisation coverage to protect our tamariki from preventable diseases. Our Childhood Immunisation Coordinator (Suzanne) provides education and support to General Practice Immunisation champions, encouraging practices to vaccinate children at every opportunity. EBPHA’s Outreach Immunisation Service (Raewyn) is available to vaccinate babies and children in the community when the child is unable to be vaccinated at their General Practice.
